Continuing with the festivities here on the blog today with a Christmas edition of 'This or That?'
1. Christmas Eve or Christmas Day?
Christmas Eve. I love Christmas Day of course but there's just something about Christmas Eve that I've always loved that bit more. One reason I love it is because me and my family have started a tradition where all go out for breakfast in the morning, which I love doing. The 24th always feels so festive and t's good because you still have the excitement of Christmas day and dinner to look forward too!
Wrapping paper. I Just feel like presents wrapped in paper are so much more fun to open! I think
you can make gifts look really pretty by wrapping them and adding ribbon and bows etc. I'm more
likely to use gift bags if I just can't be bothered with wrapping haha!
3. Christmas Party or Cosy Night In?
Call me boring but I'd choose cosy night in every time! Ok, it can be fun getting dressed up in
your favourite glittery dress or funny Christmas jumper but at this time of year - when its freezing cold, dark at 3pm and overcrowded in every pub or bar you walk into - you just can't beat putting on your festive PJ's, snuggling up on the sofa with a glass of Baileys and having a Christmas movie marathon!
4. 'Love Actually' or 'The Holiday'?
Both are great Christmas films obviously but I prefer 'Love Actually', its such a classic!
The scene with Emma Thompson crying while listening to the CD her husband got her after she was expecting the necklace she found in his pocket and realises he was having an affair... gets me every. single. time.
5. Giving Presents or Receiving Presents?
Giving! Don't get me wrong, it's so nice to receive a gift from someone, but giving presents is definitely what I look forward to the most! Also I find it SO awkward when people watch you open presents - Anyone else?!
Your turn! Copy & paste the questions below into the comments and add your own answers - I'd love to hear what you prefer!

DeleteSuch a fun post! So here are my answers:
ReplyDelete1. Christmas Eve or Christmas Day?
Christmas eve!
2. Wrapping Paper or Gift Bags?
I use both but love wrapping papers because you can get so creative with it.
3.Christmas Party or Cosy Night In?
Definitely a cozy night - always!
4. 'Love Actually' or 'The Holiday' ?
Love actually is a most every december!
5. Giving Presents or Receiving Presents?
Giving presents is way more fun. I love thinking about the perfect gifts and really like to see the happy faces when they like what I got them. When I get a thoughtful gift I obviously like receiving one as well but I´m not a fan of "buying just because you need something"
Have a great day,
