Anastasia glow kits review

Like most people, I'm a huge fan of the brow and contour products by Anastasia Beverly Hills, so when I found out about the glow kits -  palettes made up of four metallic highlighting powders - I had high hopes.  The packaging is cardboard, which I'm not a fan of, but the pans are removable so you are able to use your own magnetic palettes, if you prefer. These powders can be used on the face, eyes or body.

There are currently four glow kits available to buy from ABH; 'That Glow', 'Gleam', 'Sweets' & 'Sun Dipped'.

I have the Gleam and That Glow kits. The Gleam kit  is the best choice if you are looking for more cool tones and That Glow if you are looking for warmer tones.

Gleam

If you have fair skin, this kit is the best option for giving a more intense highlight. The shades range from a light champagne to a darker copper - all very pink toned.

That Glow

Although this kit is probably more suited to warmer skin tones for highlighting,  it still works really well with fair skin, giving more bronzed look in the summer. These shades are more yellow toned especially Sunburst, the lightest shade in the palette. The bottom shades Bubbly and Dripping In Gold are very similar.

These powders have a soft, silky consistency and the fine shimmer and overall sheen aims to not emphasise pores on the skin.

Let me know what your thoughts on these kits are in the comments! - Have any of you tried the two newest palettes, Sweets and Sun Dipped?
